Real Flame Gel Fuel Cans not included with log sets, but available separately in packs of 24.  One single can of Real Flame burns up to 3 hours, but can be shut off and/or re-lit at any time! Two cans of Real Flame gel produce up to 3,000 BTU's per hour. Since there is no chimney, heat stays in the room -- that means 100% heat efficiency (however these are primarily decorative and not recommended as a heating device).
